Full Journal pdf2017-06-15 House Journal Page 1646 HB 59 Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that that the House consider the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report (page 1583) on CSHB 59(FIN) and SCS CSSB 59(FIN). There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Tuck moved that the House waive Uniform Rule 42(a) and (b), and that the Speaker grant the House conferees on HB 59 powers of free conference under Uniform Rule 42(b) for the limited purpose of including amendments funding the recidivism reduction fund and providing for approval of the collective bargaining agreements for certain University of Alaska Anchorage employees provided for in CCS HB 59. There being no objection, Uniform Rule 42(a) and (b) were waived. The Speaker granted the powers of free conference as requested. Representative Tuck moved that the House adopt the Conference Committee report, thus adopting the following: CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 59 "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall the House adopt the report?" Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. The Senate adopted the Conference Committee with free powers of free conference report on June 13. CCS HB 59 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment and enrollment.
